Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the solar energy or energy storage industry. Strong preference for candidates with experience in leading companies such as Sunrun, Sunpower, or Tesla. In-depth knowledge of PV systems, energy storage solutions, and relevant industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar qualifications preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
