Requirements: 1. More than 5 years of experience in channel (retail and distribution) development and management capability in energy storage, power supply, photovoltaic and other industries; 2. Understand the local market in Latin America, Spanish and English can be used as the working language; 3.Comprehensive quality, familiar with import and export business processes and relevant laws and regulations; 4. Have good communication and negotiation skills, clear logical thinking, and strong team spirit; 5. Have technical product promotion capabilities and sharp market insight, and have strong resistance to pressure; 6. In-depth understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs. 7. Experience and knowledge in the relevant industry is a plus.

Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, PV & Renewable, Technology or related field. Required Skills 3-5 years’ experience in Solar & Battery Industry. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to prioritize & plan workload to meet business needs and goals. Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated approach. Mandarin speaking skills will be a strong bonus. Willingness and ability to travel, approx. 25%. Preferred Skills Licensed Australia Electrician preferred.

Those with a sales background and experience in well-known international companies are preferred; 2. Rich experience in developing channels and distributors, having successfully developed large-scale distributors in the past; 3. Have strong execution ability and good communication, be careful and patient; Have mature cold-visit experience. 4. Fluent oral English or Filipino, which can be used as a working language, the mandarin speaker is a bonus. 5.Ideally, applicants should have existing distributor/retailer channels and backgrounds in industries such as consumer electronics, batteries, photovoltaics, IT, power tools, and supermarkets.

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized university, fluent in spoken Chinese and Indonesian, able to use both languages as working languages, English proficiency preferred. 2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the Indonesian market, with experience in high-end consumer electronics, fuel generators, solar panels, lithium batteries, etc. preferred. 3. Possesses independent business development capabilities and customer acquisition channels; proficient in using foreign trade development software. 4. Proactive in developing clients; patient, responsible, meticulous, outgoing personality, and possesses high execution ability; demonstrates team spirit and aligns with company values. 5. Possesses strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills; knows how to handle tasks flexibly; and has a certain level of stress resistance. 6. This positionrequires long-term residence in Indonesia; work-from-home is possible. 7. Possesses a driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
