Sales Coordinator

About the Role BLUETTI Australia is expanding its residential energy storage business and is looking for two organised and proactive Sales Coordinators to join our growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will support the sales team by coordinating customer orders, working with solar retailers and installers, and ensuring projects run smoothly from order confirmation through to installation. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the fast-growing solar and battery storage industry. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with customer inquiries and sales opportunities Process and manage customer and retailer orders Coordinate product delivery with warehouse teams Collect project information from customers (site photos, NMI, network details) Work with installers to schedule battery installations Communicate with customers, retailers, and installers throughout the project Track order progress and ensure smooth delivery and installation
Requirements
What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in sales support, coordination, customer service, or operations roles Strong organisation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented and proactive Highly Desirable Experience in the solar, electrical, or renewable energy industry Experience working with solar installers or solar retailers
