Customer service specialist(Home ESS)
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1.Answer calls from customers and answer their questions and solve problems. 2. Provide detailed explanations of products, services and policies so that customers can make decisions. 3. Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions and escalate to technical department when required and liaison the communications. 4. Record customer complaints, questions and suggestions for follow-up and service improvement. 5. Handle warranty services such as product repair, return and exchange, 6. Assist customers in solving problems in product use with help from our technical support department 7. Manage Home ESS leads and liaison with installation partners for installation 8. Process government rebate application, issuing invoices to clients, scheduling installation and follow up payments. 9. Keep a clear and comprehensive records of home ESS leads and jobs
Requirements
Job Requirements: 1. Experience in call center and telephone customer service, and experience in technical troubleshooting is preferred. 2. Have strong project promotion ability, service awareness, teamwork spirit, responsibility and execution. 3. Able to withstand pressure and passion for customer service. 4. Fluent English in speaking and writing 5. Prefer a person with a life style of keeping everything in order.
