Provide general customer support to all B2B customers and work with other teams to achieve customer satisfaction.

Experience in sales, preferably in the photovoltaic or energy storage industries. Familiarity with Aurora or similar design tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proven negotiation and sales ability. Ability to work in a non-remote, office-based environment.

Proven project management experience in the photovoltaic and energy storage sector. Previous experience in leading firms like Sunrun, Sunnova, Tesla, SunPower, or Freedom preferred. Strong project management skills, including effective scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Knowledgeable in permit processes and regulatory compliance within the industry. Capable of collaborating effectively with subcontractors for project success. Licensed Electrician are preferred Location: 11011 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77042

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the solar energy or energy storage industry. Strong preference for candidates with experience in leading companies such as Sunrun, Sunpower, or Tesla. In-depth knowledge of PV systems, energy storage solutions, and relevant industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar qualifications preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
