Responsibilities
About the Role Identify, acquire, and maintain local B2B customers. Communicate policy changes and competitor updates in a timely manner. Responsibilities Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance and Supply Chain, and use CRM systems to ensure all business cases and customer accounts are properly set up, followed up, and completed. Sales Process Management: Handle customer sales inquiries, follow up on orders, review shipping documents, and manage shipment arrangements to ensure smooth contract execution and timely payment collection. Customer Development & Relationship Management: Develop new customers through various channels, expand sales networks, and maintain existing client relationships through regular visits and communication to build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. 3–5 years of professional sales experience. English as the working language, with fluent English communication skills. Required Skills Professional sales experience. Fluent English communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B customer development. Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
