Service Agent (Houston)
Responsibilities
1. Serves customers by providing product and service support through online portal(Hotline, Livechat, etc) 2. Recommend potential customers the product and service by local ESS Hotline service to customers 3. Resolves local service request by clarifying the complaint, root cause, and related troubleshooting and ticket follow up to close the request. 4. All Operate in Service System (Zendesk) with tickets from local customers 5. Local ESS Hotline Script and Flow set up and optimize 6. Release local service reports by collecting and analyzing customer service and tickets. 7. Recommends to HQ for local service operation by collecting customer information and analyzing customer requires. 8. Local ESS SLA optimize
Requirements
1、University/college degree is an asset 2、Previous service/hotline experience, especially in the relevant industry (technology, new energy), preferred 3、Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus 4、Ability to work in a non-remote, office-based environment.
