Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing BLUETTI brand portable power banks, home energy storage, and small-scale commercial and industrial energy storage B2B distribution channels in the Indonesian market, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Assist distributors in improving product sales and market share, and assist them in localized marketing activities, and refine channel penetration efforts; require distributors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement targets. 3. Manage distributors' sales behavior, maintain good sales order in the assigned region; proactively coordinate and resolve after-sales issues for distributors. 4. Conduct competitor research in the Indonesian market, collecting competitor sales data and channel information. 5. Participate in relevant exhibitions. 6. Complete weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized university, fluent in spoken Chinese and Indonesian, able to use both languages as working languages, English proficiency preferred. 2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the Indonesian market, with experience in high-end consumer electronics, fuel generators, solar panels, lithium batteries, etc. preferred. 3. Possesses independent business development capabilities and customer acquisition channels; proficient in using foreign trade development software. 4. Proactive in developing clients; patient, responsible, meticulous, outgoing personality, and possesses high execution ability; demonstrates team spirit and aligns with company values. 5. Possesses strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills; knows how to handle tasks flexibly; and has a certain level of stress resistance. 6. This positionrequires long-term residence in Indonesia; work-from-home is possible. 7. Possesses a driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
